Just trying to import the tax info from the CRA website but once I click on Launch CRA site , no browser actually launches and it goes to the next page where I get "We werent able to download your info". Any Advice?
CRA was experiencing issues with the Auto-Fill my Return (AFR) feature these last few days. These issues were intermittent and that could possibly be the cause of your problem.
The service should be fixed by Monday February 24th when they reopen for NetFile, however keep in mind CRA does state the opening date of AFR is March 15th, and you may not see all the slips available to you.
