You can manually add these amounts. To get to the T3 page in TurboTax Online, use the “Find” tool (magnifying glass) to search for “t3”. Select the T3 from the list and then click the “Go” button. Then click “Edit” next to the slip you need to change. Once you’ve made your changes, click the “Continue” button to save them.

Thank you for the reply, but perhaps I wasn't clear enough.  I shouldn't have to manually edit the form.  Turbotax should recognize and accept all the data on the form downloaded from CRA. I am using the desktop version of Turbotax Standard. Is this a limitation of this version of Turbotax?

No, there is no limitations and whatever is auto-filled from the CRA comes through the way it was given to the CRA.  When you look on your CRA account at the T3 form- boxes 25 adn 34 have an amount beside them for foreign income? Is this the only 2 that are not transferring over properly?
