Hey turbotax I'm having the same issue ,efiled my return a couple of weeks ago got 4 more T3s may 8th, entered and tried to refile but getting the same error message about boxes 52 and 53 adding to box 21 redid the math at least a dozen times and even tried the fix of putting the total in box 53 only and also rounding up the amounts no luck. It says print and mail return or try later. Is this turbotax issue or CRA. Signed frustrated.

Hi! I am trying to fill my taxes for myself and my partner and we both have unused tuition fees from last year that carried over to this year. I have to put those numbers in on turbo tax when it asks however the format says that i can only put a number under a thousand dollars but both of us have amounts well over a thousand dollars. these amounts are stated on the past years notice of assessment so they are right. I am wondering if then im supposed to write 999.99 dollars since its the highest amount i can put in or just nothing. Thank you so much for your help. (Im filling taxes in Ontario, Canada. in case that is necessary to answer my question)
The email that you got from TurboTax is the only one that you will get with the confirmation number.
Unfortunately, the CRA's Progress Tracker is only available in MyAccount.

The CRA generally processes returns submitted through NETFILE within two weeks. But if you are getting your NOA through the mail, it may take longer. After you get it, you can sign up for CRA MyAccount if you'd like.
And yes, you should get an email with your NETFILE confirmation number, though it will also stay with your return so you can go back and see it there too. Check your spam/junk folder as the email may have gone there.
