The Canada Workers Benefit (CWB - Line 45300) is for low-income individuals and families who have earned income from employment or business.
It's calculated based on your income and family situation, so you need to enter all your income and info about your spouse/partner and dependants before TurboTax can accurately calculate your eligibility for the benefit.
Even if you select Yes to claim the CWB, TurboTax will not calculate this benefit if you are not eligible for it.

Hi, so I was waiting for the email activation of the CRA's My Account and it hasn't arrived, and I am blocked to the next steps which is "error code 31, your information doesn't match our records" and it makes sense since I wasn't able to create the accoutn. Could you please let me know if it's better if I wait or should I do it another way?

Please check that the email didn't go into your spam/junk folder. Also check that the email inbox you are checking is for the same address that you entered on your return.

You don’t need to enter the amount that appears in Box 20 of your T4A(P). TurboTax will calculate the amount for Box 20 based on what you entered in boxes 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19.

@TurboTaxBrenda1 @TedN1 Hello. Thanks for responding. Just to confirm, I was sent a 40% off coupon (picture attached in my original post). When I went to finish filing my taxes, the 40% coupon was never applied. It looks like I was messaged saying that I would have a private response, but I haven't received anything. My files needed to be filed so I had to pay full price. Now I see that you messaged me wondering why I'm waiting for a response. Frankly, I would like to be reimbursed the 40% off as promised in that email that was sent to me. It clearly said that it would be applied at checkout and it never was. Please let me know if you need more information than this. Thank you!
