I'm getting an Error based on T776 from my Rental Property   You have selected one or more CCA classes for the non-compliant short-term expenses that were not reported in capital cost allowance assets for rental. Please review your...   But I have not entered and Assets for CCA. This is preventing Online Filing. How can I fix this issue? Is there a way to speak with a support agent to resolve what seems to be a software issue?
Unable to access ANY tax returns... Unable to contact personal for Turbo tax. Unable to find ANY files to recover.  My tax returns

Which product would I use to submit 2020 taxes. I had a full-time job but also opened a small business.
@Stanleeyy If you log in directly to 2023, is your return there? You can login to TurboTax Canada Online 2023 here: https://ww1.2023.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/

You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows). If you are using TurboTax Online it will upgrade itself based on what you enter on your return.   If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can upgrade by clicking Help>Upgrade in the grey menu.  ... See more...
If you are using TurboTax Online it will upgrade itself based on what you enter on your return.   If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can upgrade by clicking Help>Upgrade in the grey menu.   You can't downgrade the version of TurboTax that you use.

Please double-check the info that you’ve entered for your personal information (address, telephone number, etc) and make sure there is no extra punctuation or invalid characters.   To do this if you're using TurboTax Online, click on 2024 Tax Returns on the top left to go to the main page. Then click Personal Info, then Edit.   If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team for more assistance.

If not, that would be why you didn't get the full CWB amount.   You can see the actual Schedule 6 with the CWB calculations by saving/printing your return. In TurboTax Online, when you get to the NEFILE page, it will give you a "Preview" button that will download a pdf copy of your tax return.

I spent 2 hrs on the phone and uploading documentation that proved where the error was in the Turbo Tax program.  I was the first person to find the problem. Will I,  be compensated with a 2025 tax program for free, for debugging the Turbo Tax 2024 program? Just as an acknowledgement of my effort and time spent with your experts.
I've tried redoing it to see if I get a different number but it's still not applying the full CWB amount and my return is coming out to $1197.

If you aren't seeing the changes, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser).   Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
