If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you start your returns. You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? Please note that you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.
I did go to the link to activate. So It asked me to create an account. After I created an account then log into my account and seam no thing happen. I keep trying logging and logging. So I was stuck from there because next step is fill in 16 digits activation code but it’s not highlighted/ not active.
