Hello. I joined turbotax from Etsy's link but I can't connect my Etsy account when I sign up. How do I connect again after I paid? It seems I can't go back to the previous steps. I wanted to connect my Etsy shop before I talk with an agent.

No solution. I called three times and finally someone in the turbotax team figured it out. Apparently this function is not available to any Etsy account that is outside of United State. They should've mentioned it on their page.
this is ridiculous. turbotax CANADA and etsy CANADA both advertise seamless connection between them. turbotax CANADA contacts etsy canada to request access to data. there's definitely something in the code to enable it, but it's not actually doing it. i've phoned support 8 times now. i keep getting tax experts, not tech experts, and this is a tech connectivity issue. get it together intuit! thousands of customers across canada this should be sorted already.
