Turbo Tax Quit unexpectedly... Recover or Don't Recover
Keeps going in cycle and will not proceed, i have uninstalled 4x already and reinstalled, can't get past this error
Choosing Recover closes and Don't Recover closes and reopens to same prompt
Do you have any anti-Virus or security software that might be blocking the installation? Make sure your Windows is up to date on your operating system. Try to turn of any virus protection, firewall and malware before installing TurboTax.

@Raymond Kwan Please make sure that you don’t have any anti-virus or firewalls that are blocking TurboTax. You may need to add TurboTax to a Safe/Allow list within your anti-virus/firewall software.
