Open TurboTax
Hi,
I called earlier to report this problem and was told it would take only a couple of minutes to fix. I have exited the application, reopened it, and run the TurboTax update, but the error is still appearing.
I need a resolution. I still have several returns to file, and I will be travelling tomorrow night, so I will not be able to deal with this afterward. Can someone please assist me?
At this point, I need either:
a key for the online software,
a different version that actually works, or
a refund so I can purchase another program.

Please try deleting everything in Box 14 and retype your amount. If that doesn't work, try deleting and re-entering the T4 slip.
If it still doesn't work, please try reinstalling the software, it will not delete any of your returns. You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows).
