My activation code is not working what can I do ?
Be sure that you have entered your prepayment code at the right place and if you have and tried again and it still won't accept it please send us a PM on Facebook
Also, please be sure that on your return it shows that you are using the same TurboTax version that you have purchased- Standard, Premier, etc.
