Hi is desktop T777 available? Can I file that way or is this CRA issue ? I’m seeing conflicting information. My stuff is currently in the online version and that’s not finalized, but if I use the desktop can I file it ?
if you can confirm is desk top able to be filed
or is this any platform

Like many others I am frustrated.
We are now at March 5th and still not available...
My taxes were ready to be filed before the opening date of Feb 23 and now I'm stuck waiting.
I'd like to get a proper ETA on form TP-726.7. As mentioned by many in multiple threads (including the ones in the French forum), many of your customers have been ready to file their taxes for days / weeks and even with today's update to the Desktop version, we still can't send in our taxes.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update your software. All forms in TurboTax Desktop are available except for the TP-726.7. The ETA for the TP-726.7 is Mid-March.
If you are using TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online), we are still working to finalize the forms, and the ETA is by the end of this week. We greatly appreciate your patience. Thank you.
Will you guys be providing refunds to everyone since you guys couldn't provide the service properly? Or at least a credit for people who would want to use this again next year? Or some form of compensation?
You keep saying thank you for your patience to everyone, but haven't actually provided any sort of proof or progress report that's trustworthy. If it doesn't update by Saturday, then what will you guys do?
I think if by Saturday if not corrected we should all take to social media like Twitter and Tick Tock, FB and Instagram and tag their head office accounts CTV new, CBC, and Global news and tag the CRA. And of course contact the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer that deals in class actions. That should get the moving on correct this and providing refunds and/or credits and allow us to file taxes for free... On Saturday if this is the case I am prepared to sit there Sunday and put this into motion. @TurboTaxSusan

If you paid for a single or coupled return in TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online), then a message about the locked forms would have been displayed before you paid.

That message was 100% not there on the 26th when I did mine. Otherwise, I would have not paid and gone elsewhere.

Yep! My refund is on the way.
I argued for a refund with TT and went to Ufile. My refund is on the way. There was 0 issues. Guess Ufile got a new customer going forward. Been using TT for the last 5 years... not anymore.
