Hi, i have entered all my medical receipts and it won't let me get to the next step. It keeps saying to enter an amount of press back to remove receipt but still stuck

We can help you with this. Please see the image below. By clicking in the area for a $ amount the software believes there is an entry even if no numbers are showing. Therefore, click Back, and on the previous page click Done With Medical Expenses. This will bring you to the Medical Expense Claim screen where you will enter the 12 months claim period then Continue.

I have entered all my medical receipts and it won't let me out of that screen.  It wants me to enter another receipt.  I clicked on "back" but it won't go back, it stays on the screen.  I can't log out.  I can't do anything.
