How can I create another return for my family members

In the menu up top, click Tools and then choose Return Manager.

From Return Manager, select the button to create a new return.

Be sure that you have entered your prepayment code at the right place and if you have and tried again and it still won't accept it please send us a PM on Facebook

Also, please be sure that on your return it shows that you are using the same TurboTax version that you have purchased- Standard, Premier, etc.
