Next page not loading after clicking Continue

I am on the page with the question "How did you do your taxes last year?"

I selected TurboTax Online and clicked Continue.  Windows pop up showing "saving your information" and "loading your information" but it just loops back to the same page.  I am unable to get past this point.

I have cleared my cache and restarted my device.  Tried again with the same results.

I have used TurboTax for years and have never had this issue.  Any technical support available for this?
