Safari can't open turbo tax

I downloaded 2017 turbo tax but Safari can't open it.

Please note that you can only use TurboTax Online on MAC computers, since our CD/Download is not compatible.

I cannot open or download to PDF our 2019 returns. I use an Apple system and am sure I purchased the correct software/

When using a Mac computer you can only use our TurboTax online which is the only version that is compatible with Mac.
