I am constantly getting a Server Busy error message in Windows 10 when TurboTax PC version is trying to open or save a Return file. Switch To brings you to the Windows menu but what is the "busy program"??? Retry usually works after some delay, with TurboTax Not Responding showing on the window at the top.
Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of you saved returns.
