I am using the desktop Premier version of TurboTax. There is a bug with the contact and help functions. In both cases a screen pops up asking for conformation that you are not a robot. However the graphic with the question does not appear, hence the answer cannot be put into the response box. This is a serious issue since the only way to obtain support is to separately place a phone call to TurboTax.
I purchased a Turbo Tax package at Costco. I can't find where to enter the code that came with the package
