You can add them in the Forms method. Click on the "Forms" icon in the top blue toolbar. For loss carry over amounts, click the "Forms explorer" button in the blue toolbar. Search "Loss" and select the loss worksheet. Scroll down to the "Net capital loss" section and enter the c/f amount in the first column.

First of all, if you started renting in 2017, you will not enter as UCC but as an addition. You will use the fair market value of the property as of the date it changed use. Separate out the land portion if you plan on taking CCA on it. I recommend not taking CCA on a building as it rarely depreciates. If you take CCA and the property goes up in value, you will not only have a capital gain in the year you sell, but also a recapture of the CCA claimed while renting it. The real estate fees, commission and legal fees are included in the CCA purchase price. Enter capital expenses also on the CCA screen when you are taking CCA.

Instead of trying to delete the T5008 from the Schedule 3, click on "tslips" at the bottom of the page in the forms method. Down the left column, click on T5008. You should be able to edit your entries from here.
