Locked forms

Hey

I have entered everything anf then went to file and says there are locked forms.  I followed the Link and read the list of Locked forms.  I am  not a Farmer so 95% of the forms are not relevant.  I deleted the return and downloaded forms frpm the CRA.  I entered the rest and went to Netfile!  Forms Locked.  I deleted once again and entered old school.  Taking all the documents and entered the data.  I was hoping that there would be no erros and there wasn't in any of the 3 times.  Same amount, every time and my taxes aren't complicated.  I have taken enough tax classes in the past and I know what I am doing.

When I purchased the program, I did it because of the speed of return on a Netfile.  I have now spent about 5 hours trying to overcome the Turbo Tax incompetance.  I have read all sorts of postsand no help has ever been given.

Please figure this out doon or I want my money back.  A basic program is all you need to file taxes because all the necessary forms can be found.  But when they are locked and you can't file your return, I want my money back.

If you are not able to file and are seeing a message about locked forms, please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information: Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? If you are using TurboTax Online, the T2125 and the T776 forms will be unlocked tonight. If you are using TurboTax CD/Download these forms will become available by Monday at the latest. We will update the FAQ as additional forms become available.

When i try to netfile i still get forms are locked.  You say now all forms are unlocked.  I have Turbo Tax download.

I have a problem with locked forms (T2205).

I am waiting since last week to have it available on Turbo but they lack of intergrity as they did not go by what they said on their web. Per their web it should have been updated today.

I called and asked for a refund, but was told that "Turbo does not give a refund". This is fraud. 

They should not be processing payment if they knew that the system is not up to date with CRA, moreover they should not go on the market until all is up do date. Also, it's a question WHY the CRA has certified them knowing that the software missing forms.

This is so stressful and frustrating!!!

All forms (Including the T2205) should be unlocked. If you are using TurboTax Online, you may need to clear your cache if you don't see the changes. 

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, please make sure to update the software.
