TurboTax doesn't receive info about info any payments you make to the CRA, so your amount owing is not going to be updated in the TurboTax app.   The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) usually sends the GST/HST credit payments on the fifth day of July, October, January, and April. If you didn't receive your GST/HST credit and it's been 10 working days since the the expected payment date, you can contact the CRA for more assistance.    If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495. This page has more ways to contact the CRA: Contact the Canada Revenue Agency

While it can be frustrating, it’s common for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to make a tax return assessment that is different from yours.     The reasons for these discrepancies may vary, and can range from very simple (typo or data entry error, forgotten slip, receipt, amount, etc) to complex (carry-forward amounts not included, accounting errors, etc).    In most cases, the CRA will explain how they calculated your tax refund or balance owing, and you can find this information on your Notice of Assessment (NOA), under the heading Explanation of changes and other important information. Compare the line numbers on your NOA and their corresponding values with those entered into TurboTax.

We no longer have TurboTax Online for 2021. If you purchased it from our website, then it's the Desktop version (for Windows), which you can download here: Where can I download the Desktop edition of TurboTax?   TurboTax Online 2022 is still available, but we don't sell prepayment codes for it on our website - you pay before you file. So, if you bought a code directly from us, then it's for TurboTax Desktop.

Right, but I think it autopopulated my T4A slips - I then had to delete them from self-employment cause it got all mucked up with the previous double addition. I now have those self-employment amounts in the first category of "Self-Employment" pictured below, as well as being included in the "Income" category also pictured. In Self-Employment once of the amounts has been reduced by my deductions, but in Income it is still listed in full, which makes me think it's a double accounting. Would that be true?   Thanks for all your help so far   -Mack
