@CLHOGGE Depending on the software you are using, the instruction are different. We recommend you to review the entries of your dependent(s) and the expenses and we invite you to visit this link: How do I enter child care expenses in TurboTax?   We also suggest you verify this info:   1. Age and dependency of the child To be eligible, the child must meet any of these 2 conditions: the child is under 16 years old, has a physical or mental impairment.   2. Relationship and income.  You can claim the expense for your child or your spouse/common-law partner's child. Alternatively, you can claim the expenses if the child was dependent on you or your partner and had a net annual income of $15,000 or less.   3. Reason for child care.  You paid someone to look after the child so that you or your partner could: earn income from a job, operate a business alone or as an active partner conduct grant-funded research or similar work, attend a full-time or part-time educational program.   4. Residency and location of child care.  Typically, you're only eligible if the child-care services were provided in Canada by a Canadian resident while the child lived with you.   Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

No, you can't enter amounts from the T5007 Statement of Benefits into a T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid slip.    To enter your T5007 in TurboTax Online, search for “T5007” on the Tax Home page (2024 tax return on the left), and select “T5007 Statement of Benefits”.   To enter your T5007 in TurboTax Desktop in EasyStep Mode, select Income & Expenses, then T-Slips from the left side menu. Check off the T5007 and then click the Continue button until you get to the T5007 page.   If you are using TurboTax Desktop in Forms Mode, you can search for “T5007” by clicking on the Forms icon in the blue icon bar.  
How did you enter it in manually. It’s not working for 2023 as well!

TurboTax Incorporated | Assisted needs to tell me if I can import the previous year info from the desktop TurboTax Business Incorporated software from last year   I am only going to consider this product if I can import these files that the desktop software saved for me...  e.g. the .GB23 file or other similar files.   As a side issue, I used to be able to purchase the TurboTax Business Incorporated Windows desktop software on the TurboTax website but now I have to purchase via Amazon and it's not "shipped yet" and I can't get started. VERY bad experience overall.
