Then click “Go”.   If you are using TurboTax Desktop in Forms Mode, you can search for “DTC” by clicking on the Forms icon in the blue icon bar.   This TurboTax Canada FAQ tells you how to use ReFile: I've filed my tax return. Hi - I'm trying to file for my father's estate.  This isn't the Death filing, this is just his filing for 2024.  I get the CRA Result Code: 35 that won't let me netfile.  I've cleared cache, restarted, I'm using Chrome.  Perhaps if you're filing for a deceased person you can't use netfile?  CRA is uncontactable right now (All agents are busy, call back later).

If you upgraded to Full Service, then yes, your return will be started over, as the Tax Experts will be preparing the return for you.    Unfortunately, once you have upgraded or added features to your TurboTax return, there is no way to downgrade or remove the extra features. You would need to create a new return to go back to the original product.    To start a new return, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns” in the bottom left corner. Once you have started your new return, you can select “View All Returns” from under “My Returns”. Then delete the unwanted return by clicking the small Trash Can next to it or “Delete” under the return’s name.
