I completed the form in Turbotax.  Now I receive error when I tried to Netfile to Revenu Quebec.  It comes up as error.  I clicked on Fix error. But it won't let me continue.  Do I have to print the return instead of Netfile?  The purpose of using this software was to file electronically.
May 4 Still no resolution, aside from submitting numbers that do not match the actual T4 (such as deleting the amount in 16A). Has anyone gotten through to the CRA? Do they have a work around?
I didnt enter that amount myself, but am concerned it shouldn't be there. Any ideas?
Can I transfer data from the PC version of turbotax to the mobile app on android?

This is the first time I am using tubotax and filing myself. I am on Old Age Security (OAS), live in Manitoba and also get RentAssist. I am low-income. Last year, I got nearly $600 back. This year, despite having far more in medical expenses (allowable is almost $1,500) and having LESS income than last year, turbotax is showing a refund of only $32. I don't understand why the refund is so much less, and why, despite having allowable medical expenses, they do not seem to make any difference. Can anyone shed light on this?
I am a US Citizen and a resident of Canada. My Spouse is a Canadian Citizen and resident of the US. We spend the majority of time in the US and are only physically in Canada for a few months each year.

Question regarding Medical Expense claims for a dependent. In order to spread out the expenses both my brother and I paid for eligible medical expenses for our dependent (father) who is in long term care (nursing home). He is also approved for the DTC indefinitely.   Are our individual medical expense claims both reduced by the lesser of $2,759 or 3% of his net income?  Can we combine all the medical expenses paid for by us on one return? If our claims will both be reduced by the lesser of $2,759 or 3% of his net income I am wondering if it would be more beneficial to just have one dependent pay for all of his eligible expenses going forward?

Here is an example for you to compare:    I have entered the appliances in Area B     The CCA calculates on the T776 - The half year rule applies in the year of acquisition - only 50% of the CCA base is eligible for depreciation in the first year and class 8 allows for 20%.     This is how it works when 50%: On the federal side, you enter the total amount of the asset in the CCA table and then calculate the portion of the CCA that you can claim on line 9936 of the T776, but on the TP128, we calculate the portion of the share directly in the CCA table, and the CCA amount you can claim will show up on line 393 of the TP128. That is why you are only seeing $5000 in the T776 but $2500 on the TP128 CCA table.   Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
Same thing happened to me.

may still be signed into cra   I spent all day yesterday doing EVERYTHING SUGGESTED several times! I am not the only one having trouble with this. Seems like it's a system thing, not a user thing.
