Turbotax appears to be broken but support just wants to look at other fields. The problem is that the simple math does not compute. A programmer must fix and update the program. Please help.

Husband has OMERS Pension and his spouse receives pension income by a RIFF. When using the pension splitting otimizer it only permits the pension of one individual.

More advantageous to share wife -> husband on fed return in order to reduce income below threshold for OAS clawback. The program does not allow sharing in different directions for Fed and Quebec returns.
