License Code Not Working

I purchased my 2022 Intuit Turboxtax Basic at Walmart.  I visited turbotax.ca/download.  It will not accept the license code provided in the box. Says it's invalid. I tried several times but the same message comes up.

i am trying to enter the 16digits activation code and its telling me that there is an error and to try again but it doesn't work

First, please make sure that you have purchased the right product. The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax CD/Download & vice-versa.

Second, if you bought TurboTax at a retailer (Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc…), please make sure that you are using the code that came in the package. It may be on a slip of paper or on a scratch-off card. It is not on the outside of the box or on your receipt.

If you have bought TurboTax CD/Download, you will be asked for the licence code when you install the software. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information on the licence code: Where is my TurboTax licence code? I am stuck, I bought the basic at Walmart and the code will not work for online.

After a few days on the computer I finally downloaded Turbo Tax. Thank god it works very well. I am happy again.

the licence code will not work. im only able to key in the first 4 letters/digits. will not allow me to key anything esle. first time this has ever happened.

Please clear your entries then clear your cache/cookies, sign out of your return and restart your computer.
