As I mentioned earlier, I have tried all the following options.
a)
1. Change the DPI setting, run as admin
2. Change my monitor from 27" to 23"
3. Disable the IPv6
4. Disable my anti-virus (Norton)
5. Call TurboTax support, the agent could not fix the issue either.
b)My PC system is Windows 11, the system is up to date.
c) It is TurboTax 2023 Premier, I downloaded from your website.
d) I don't think the browser is a matter as I use TurboTax download version. Anyway I have Chrome and MS Edge in my PC.
To me, it should be treated as P1 production issue. How does it get passed by QA?
Hi all! I have read this thread and still can't get mine to work - still a blank screen with no way of using tab/seeing anything, etc. I am not very IT savvy so that doesn't help. I have turned off/on so many settings now I am lost! I am a long term buyer of TurboTax and not once has it taken me hours to install and get it up and running. This is very disappointing to say the least. I am running Windows 11 Home. Can anyone help me?
I called in to get technical support. Useless. Not sure what to do now. :(
My did work. It has been a frustrating journey and I can empathize. I am glad you got someone ( a real person); please share the number or your secret. Calling in and trying to get someone was trying to break through into mum cookie jar. It's not easy and frustrating. I place a credit card hold on the transaction - I then had to take it off. Lost time that I will not get back!!!!

Highlight the desktop Icon.
Right mouse click
Drop down to Properties
Compatibility Setting
Compatibility Mode = unchecked
8-bit(256) color
Run this program as an Administrator
DPI Setting
Use this program to fix...... checked
Virsus = turned off
