I have tried repeatedly to clear cash and tried both Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I purchased the Deluxe Online Edition from Costco as well and the activation code is not working. I tried logging in and going through the process of selecting the product and entering the activation code at the end as a round about way, but I get the same error message.
