Hi, it seems the problem wasn't made clear. It's not a download issue It's a malfunction of the entire Easy Step platforn after an update in February.
This problem has taken too long to solve and I think, as consumers, we take on too much responsibility for solving faults in the software .... especially a $30 program.
So I am buying the Online version and demanding a refund on the Download. And if the Online has problems, same answer: demand a refund. Stop wasting my time.
@stanley2155 - When using TurboTax Desktop/Download version- The Easy Steps is locked (the side bar) until you complete your personal information in easy steps and then you will see it will be all unlocked for you.
When using TurboTax Online, there is only easy steps and no forms mode. Therefore same issue- until you complete the intro which is your personal information and then your profile you will then see on the top right "Help" icon and on the left side that everything will then be unlocked for you to continue.
