@Adirien Once you go to the review section, please try this: /secure/interview?_action=reset path in the URL could be used to try to fix the return when that error pops up. Data would be safe; it only clears history and could potentially fix an issue when the user gets back to that screen.
When an error pops up, open the above link posted above and start your return from there.
I'm getting 90317. Says certain fields should be blank in my situation. I checked them and they are all indeed blank. But it still gives the same message. This is not one of the listed errors, so is this just me, or an error no one has reported yet?
Are you self-employed? Did you fill out the a T2125 or the Self-employment section in TurboTax?
This error, as per CRA, means the following:
90317 - 2019 to 2024
There is an entry on lines 31217, 58305, 54493, 54494 and/or 53550 but the Canada Revenue Agency’s records indicate your client did not choose to participate in the EI program for access to EI special benefits.
After you enter your self-employment income and expenses, you will get this question:
Verify if you answered yes to this question; if you did and you do not have an agreement with the CRA this could be the reason for the error.
