@jdleaver If you are outside of Quebec, you need to click on Tax Profile on the Tax Home page (click on 2024 Tax Returns on the top left to go to the home page), then click on Your Tax Profile. There you need to check off the RL-1. Click Continue to save and then go back to 2024 Tax Returns > Income >T4. Now you'll see a Box E at the bottom of the T4 page, which is what you need to enter from your RL-1.

Do you have more than one account? If so, the returns might be there.    Also note that TRA (Tax return access) services were only available for paid TurboTax Online returns (including those with PLUS features added) before 2019. So, if you didn't pay for your 2017 or 2018 returns, they would not have been saved.   You can still get the information from your older tax returns via the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) using their My Account service, which you can login to here: My Account for Individuals  
I created a new T4 set box10 to QC but there is no box E on this form. All the boxes present on the T4 form are numbered. How do I complete this? 
If you are using TurboTax Online, you can use the search bar on the Tax Home page (2024 tax return on the left) to find whatever page you need to go and make changes to.  
Are you just claiming the Disability tax credit (DTC) or are you also receiving Long-term disability insurance payments? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?  
I'm not showing any TurboTax orders for you. Maybe it's for a different Intuit product like Quickbooks?

You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? Please note that you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.   If you are still not able to resolve your code issue, please contact our phone support team phone support team for more assistance.  
Again, you would need to contact the CRA if you are not sure why they are making you pay back these amounts.

You can use your TurboTax Desktop code on up to 3 different computers, so you can just use your existing code, if you haven't already used it 3 times before.   TurboTax Desktop only saves your return files to your computer, not on our servers. So, you will have to copy the files from your old computer onto your new computer to be able to see them there. You can use a USB or other external drive to transfer the files.

You can prepare your personal income tax return and include your farming actives in the Self-Employment/Business section using TurboTax. But if you need to do bookkeeping for your farm, you'll need to use another program like QuickBooks.

Unfortunately, once you have upgraded or added features to your TurboTax return, there is no way to downgrade or remove the extra features. You would need to create a new return to go back to the original product.    To start a new return, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns” in the bottom left corner. Once you have started your new return, you can select “View All Returns” from under “My Returns”. Then delete the unwanted return by clicking the small Trash Can next to it or “Delete” under the return’s name.
