You still would choose "I have FHSA amounts from prior years reported on a notice of assessment or a T1028". If the amounts on your NOA are zero, then just leave everything as zero.
Please see this TurboTax Canada FAQ for instructions on how to schedule a review: In TurboTax Live Assist & Review, how do I submit my return for review?
I've done that multiple times and "Transfer of tuition and education to a spouse, parent or grandparent" is not checked. Please see the photo attached.

Hello @TurboTaxSusan , Thank you for your response The only options I have after checking the warning for the CWB are something along the lines of: "Do you want to see if you're eligible to apply for the CWB" and "Who will claim the CWB" There is no option to choose not to apply when reviewing the warning, and the warning does not clear. I've read several similar posts with people encountering the same issue. How can I clear this warning, and make sure I'm not applying for the CWB?

The T2201 Disability Tax Credit Certificate form that was filled for your son will have a supporting family member listed, and that's who should claim the transfer. If you want to transfer the DTC to someone else, you would need to submit a written request to the CRA for the transfer. This request must be signed and include details of the support they provide for the basic necessities of life.

You can remove any tuition that was carried forward in the "Student" section.
Please make sure that your return is selected at the top, then search for "Student" and then make sure that "Transfer of tuition and education to a spouse, parent or grandparent" is not checked.
thank you for your reply. Yes I found that out. My original thought was seeing they were alive during the full tax year, I could. I have since found out, thanks to this forum, that I can't.

The Canada Workers Benefit (CWB - Line 45300) is for low-income individuals and families who have earned income from employment or business.
It's calculated based on your income and family situation, so you need to enter all your income and info about your spouse/partner and dependants before TurboTax can accurately calculate your eligibility for the benefit.
If you are using TurboTax Online/App, then you'll be asked about the CWB in the review. Even if you select Yes to claim the CWB, TurboTax will not calculate this benefit if you are not eligible for it.
