Order No:  [Removed]   Look forward to receiving the refund given I was unable to use any of your services and cannot contact you by phone because I'm not in the US or Canada.  And you have no email address - so I guess this message board is the only way of contacting you - which is a strange way to do business....

TurboTax Business Incorporated requires Windows 10 or 11. TurboTax Incorporated | Assisted needs to tell me if I can import the previous year info from the desktop TurboTax Business Incorporated software from last year   I am only going to consider this product if I can import these files that the desktop software saved for me...  e.g. the .GB23 file or other similar files.   As a side issue, I used to be able to purchase the TurboTax Business Incorporated Windows desktop software on the TurboTax website but now I have to purchase via Amazon and it's not "shipped yet" and I can't get started. VERY bad experience overall.

How do I file for 2023 online?
Did you put your 2023 T4FHSA on your 2023 and then carry forward the deduction?
i did not claim anything in 2023 for FHSA and none of the FHSA amounts come from RRSPs. I tried to claim the full 16k in 2024.

What the CRA changed is the most important part of this conversation, since that's what the CRA determined was different from the tax return that you submitted. There are many reasons why the CRA might change things that are not due to TurboTax's calculations, including missing info, t-slips that are missing or incorrect, simple typos, etc... Even if it does turn out to be an issue with TurboTax, we would need to know what the CRA's results were to compare them with the software's results to see what went wrong.

What do you mean by "cannot be established"? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?
